The Caregiver role is onsite in Santa Fe, NM, and pays $18–$20 per hour. BrightStar Care provides home care services and support to individuals and families. The caregiver assists clients with daily living, personal care, companionship, and household tasks while following care plans and communicating with supervisors. The role supports clients’ safety, comfort, and quality of life in their homes.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and transfers
• provide companionship and social engagement
• monitor and report client well-being
• assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• provide medication reminders and support prescribed exercises
• follow care plans and communicate with supervisors. High school diploma or equivalent required
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred, with training available if necessary.
