The Bilingual Spanish Field Interviewer role is based in El Paso, TX, with a flexible schedule and a combination of virtual and in-person interviews across the assigned Texas service area. Noor Staffing Group is hiring on behalf of a client conducting social research surveys with people receiving state-supported services. The role exists to collect accurate, confidential participant feedback for social research projects. The interviewer schedules and conducts structured surveys, records responses, and follows project protocols while communicating respectfully and sensitively with participants.

What you'll do

• Contact listed participants to schedule and complete surveys
• complete an average of one survey per day or five per week
• conduct structured interviews by video or in person using provided technology and protocols
• accurately record responses and maintain confidentiality
• communicate professionally and empathetically
• coordinate with the research team
• use translation services when needed
• manage schedules and deadlines
• travel locally for in-person interviews.
