The role supports residents’ dignity and individual needs through personal care, mobility assistance, observation, documentation, and communication with residents, families, and the care team.

What you'll do

• Provide care according to individualized care plans
• assist with bathroom needs, hygiene, dressing, mobility, and food intake
• document activities of daily living in the electronic health record
• observe and report changes in condition
• turn and position residents
• answer call bells
• record vital signs, intake and output, heights, and weights
• transfer and escort residents
• maintain a safe, clean environment
• protect resident rights and confidentiality.
