Business Development Director, Optical Systems

What you'll do

• Respond to customer technical inquiries about Rocket Lab Optical Systems and Mynaric products
• draft proposals and compliance matrices
• develop customer, partner, and industry relationships
• track leads, opportunities, proposals, and KPIs
• monitor sales performance and forecast demand
• maintain customer-facing technical documentation
• support quotes and export license applications
• coordinate marketing materials
• analyze market and competitive trends
• manage bid and proposal budgets
• guide capture teams
• lead portions of BAA, RFI, and RFP responses
• support travel to trade shows, conferences, and business sites as needed.
