What you'll do

• Lead traffic engineering projects, including operations studies, signal design, and corridor analysis
• perform and oversee traffic modeling and simulation
• develop signal, signing, pavement-marking, and traffic-control plans
• conduct safety and intersection studies
• coordinate with clients and public agencies
• mentor junior staff and conduct quality reviews
• and support proposals, scope definition, and client relationships.

Why this role

The posting requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, at least 10 years of progressive traffic or transportation engineering experience, and an active PE license in SC, NC, GA, or FL—or ability to obtain one within six months. PTOE certification is preferred.
