What you'll do

• Lead and support investigations into scrap, rework, and customer complaints
• develop corrective and preventive actions using 8D, fishbone diagrams, and FMEA
• use data and risk analysis to prioritize improvements
• partner with manufacturing engineers and operations
• analyze defect rates, process capability, and SPC charts
• track quality KPIs
• prepare reports
• train operators on quality standards and inspection techniques
• and provide quality expertise to cross-functional teams.
