What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair maintenance problems
• complete assigned work orders
• monitor heating, cooling, and water systems and take daily readings
• repair and troubleshoot equipment
• work on HVAC equipment
• perform woodworking, wallpapering, painting, and drywall tasks
• troubleshoot minor electrical repairs
• perform room preventive maintenance as directed
• complete other supervisor-assigned tasks
• lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
• stand or walk continuously for up to eight hours.
