The Director of Nursing – Home Health role is onsite in Oxnard, CA, with a Monday–Friday schedule and 8-hour shifts. The salary is $160,000–$200,000 per year. Millennium Healthcare provides home health and hospice care in patients’ homes. The Director of Nursing leads and oversees home health clinical services, supporting safe, high-quality patient care and effective nursing operations. The role develops clinical staff, monitors quality and compliance, and partners with executive leadership on operational planning and organizational goals.

What you'll do

• Oversee home health services, clinical guidance, patient assessment and care planning, outcomes, standards of care, and documentation. Lead, mentor, recruit, onboard, evaluate, and develop clinical staff
• oversee orientation and training
• ensure regulatory and accreditation readiness
• participate in QAPI
• monitor clinical indicators and implement improvements
• maintain clinical policies and procedures
• partner on planning, census, referrals, staffing, budgets, and resources
• collaborate with referral sources and healthcare partners
• and serve as clinical leader in the Executive Director/Administrator’s absence when assigned.
