What you'll do
- Assist with grooming, bathing, eating, medication, mobility, and positioning
- monitor vital signs, weight, and physical condition and report changes
- obtain care information from providers
- change bed sheets and restock supplies
- perform clean intermittent catheterization only after RN training and under RN supervision
- build professional relationships
- perform DSP and related assigned duties.
