The role supports staffing, training, operations, customer service, and financial performance to help the district meet its revenue, cash-control, and tax-return goals.

What you'll do

• Support multi-unit district operations with the District Manager
• lead seasonal recruiting and interviewing and support tax education and employee transitions
• monitor performance and partner with Human Resources on training, development, complaints, and employee relations
• ensure locations meet setup, technology, supply, and facilities standards
• build client retention and acquisition
• resolve client questions and complaints
• guide employees through complex issues
• and monitor financial and productivity reports and district goals.
