What you'll do

• Define and champion sports brand visual identity and creative voice
• develop campaign concepts
• maintain consistency across broadcast, digital, social, print, in-venue, and experiential channels
• lead campaigns from ideation through post-launch analysis
• direct photo and video shoots
• manage and mentor the in-house creative team
• coordinate workflows and budgets
• collaborate with marketing, digital, communications, live-event teams, sponsors, and agencies.
