What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day accredited lab operations and service technicians
• oversee facility P&L, budget planning, and KPIs
• ensure technician training and quality calibrations and repairs
• coordinate service scheduling, quotes, invoices, customer equipment check-in, shipping and receiving, inventory, and customer communications
• maintain ISO 17025 and corporate quality-system compliance
• support revenue growth and process improvements
• conduct performance appraisals.
