What you'll do

• Lead MasterCraft brand strategy and positioning
• plan product launches and commercialization
• develop integrated demand-generation campaigns and dealer marketing programs
• oversee content, events, customer engagement, and ownership programs
• manage and develop the marketing team, budgets, objectives, and resources
• partner with Sales, Product Development, Engineering, Customer Experience, Dealer Development, and Enterprise Marketing
• track performance measures and optimize marketing activity.
