Floor & Upholstery Cleaning Technician

Job overview

The Floor & Upholstery Cleaning Technician role is onsite in Fort Myers, FL. Pay is $18–$25 per hour. Voda provides residential and commercial cleaning and restoration services, including floor and upholstery cleaning and damage restoration. The technician delivers cleaning and restoration work to help gain and retain customers. The role also supports restoration projects, documents completed work, communicates with customers, and maintains equipment, vehicles, tools, and supplies.

What you'll do

• Perform carpet and floor cleaning and restoration
• regularly support water, fire, mold, and biohazard restoration work
• participate in sales meetings and upsell value-added products
• complete documentation, authorizations, invoices, work orders, and daily logs
• communicate with customers
• perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance
• inspect completed work
• maintain tools, materials, supplies, and inventory.
