What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care to stable or predictably unstable patients
• monitor, recognize, and stabilize deteriorating conditions
• manage arterial and central lines, chest tubes, NG tubes, bladder irrigation, titration IV pumps, and short-term ventilatory support
• coordinate care and discharge planning with multidisciplinary teams
• assist with precepting and provide direction to LPNs, CNAs, and ancillary teams.
