What you'll do

• Perform quality assurance and quality control reviews of foreclosure documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• review pleadings, notices, affidavits, correspondence, and related legal documentation
• retrieve, review, process, and maintain incoming data and documents
• prepare, submit, and process outgoing documentation according to procedures and deadlines
• identify discrepancies and escalate concerns
• liaise with attorneys, clients, internal departments, vendors, and third parties
• maintain accurate records in firm systems
• meet productivity, quality, and service-level expectations
• assist with special projects and operational tasks as assigned.
