What you'll do

• Enforce New York State Video Lottery regulations
• monitor gaming floor and cash operations for procedural violations and illegal activity
• use audio/video equipment to observe operations
• protect confidential surveillance information
• verify and account for surveillance records, reports, and camera views
• document observed violations
• maintain knowledge of camera locations and viewing angles
• monitor intrusion and panic alarms
• report equipment deficiencies
• run activity reports
• maintain a safe environment.
