What you'll do

• Answer incoming customer calls and assist with insurance questions and service needs
• build relationships with existing customers
• review accounts and identify potential coverage needs
• conduct needs-based conversations across State Farm product lines
• provide quotes and discuss insurance options
• follow up by phone, text, and email
• assist with policy changes, documentation, and billing questions
• schedule appointments
• maintain accurate records
• participate in training and coaching
• work with the agency team toward service and growth goals.
