Production Worker

Job overview

The Production Worker role is an onsite full-time position in Laurens, SC; pay is $16.00–$17.00 per hour. The role supports Europastry USA’s bread and roll production and packaging operations. The worker handles production and packing tasks, inspects products for quality and consistency, and prepares finished goods for freezing and shipment. Following food-safety and workplace-safety procedures helps maintain product standards and an orderly production process.

What you'll do

• Set up bread and rolls
• orient and inspect products
• weigh products and report inconsistencies
• label boxes
• assemble boxes and insert liners
• operate packing machinery
• place cases on conveyors or rollers
• remove nonconforming products
• rotate among department tasks as directed
• maintain a clean work area
• follow company safety, GMP, lockout/tagout, and food-safety requirements.
