What you'll do

• Ensure work follows safety procedures and proper PPE use
• create PLOTO and LOTO switch plans for approval
• lead pre-job briefs and job safety analyses
• inspect solar power plants
• develop preventative maintenance programs
• supervise and train junior technicians
• troubleshoot system, grid integration, and communications issues
• use diagnostic tools
• implement corrective action plans
• document inspections, maintenance, and repairs
• prepare technical reports and presentations.
