What you'll do
- Oversee clinic operations and dispensary nurse staffing
- supervise medication preparation and dispensing
- ensure accurate dosing, documentation, and patient procedures
- monitor patients and collaborate with providers on dosing adjustments and clinical concerns
- maintain medication security, inventory, and dispensing records
- conduct audits and resolve discrepancies or potential diversion
- oversee inspection readiness and license records
- train and evaluate staff
- respond to medical emergencies
- support infection control, harm reduction, and patient engagement
- coordinate care and required reporting.

Why this role
Requires a current Washington Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license, two years of nursing supervisory experience, and at least five years as a dispensary nurse in an Opioid Treatment Program. Rotating Saturday schedule; may be assigned to float to another THS dispensary.
