What you'll do

• support compliance reporting and benefit deduction accuracy
• maintain the applicant tracking system and process new hires
• conduct orientations and administer benefits changes
• assist with recruiting
• advise management on employee relations and performance issues
• administer policies
• respond to employee inquiries
• support HR team members
• promote workplace safety and employee experience programs
• maintain confidentiality.
