Packing House Line Technician

What you'll do

• Start chillers, chlorinator, and line tests before shed startup
• inspect and maintain packing-line equipment
• monitor and document hydro-cooler water temperature and ORP
• maintain box closers and monitor refrigeration
• support product flow, quality control, and equipment efficiency
• move vans and trailers to staging areas
• troubleshoot electrical issues
• direct general cleaning
• maintain tools and complete service reports.
