CNC Setup Technician — PUMAs

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machinery
• develop and maintain CNC programs, fixturing, tooling, and setup procedures
• troubleshoot machine issues
• set up CNC lathes and mills
• inspect parts with precision measurement tools
• perform first-piece and in-process inspections
• complete production paperwork and record data in ERP systems
• guide and train operators and tenders
• implement continuous improvement
• maintain setup documentation
• oversee scrap processes
• perform preventive maintenance and assist with other maintenance
• follow safety protocols and maintain an organized workspace.
