By monitoring customer health, addressing risks, and identifying account growth opportunities, the manager helps improve customer outcomes and inform internal product and process improvements.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary consultative contact for assigned customers

• collaborate with Sales, Deployment, and Service teams
• identify expansion opportunities
• provide customer feedback for product and service improvements.
