What you'll do

• Schedule appointments, prepare patient charts, manage cancellations and no-shows, confirm new evaluations, compile and record medical records, verify insurance eligibility and benefits, obtain and update authorizations, and enter information into the EMR.
• Greet visitors, collect and deposit payments, support clinic upkeep, maintain reports, answer and direct calls, process mail, and order approved supplies.
