What you'll do

• Lead business development in Sioux Falls and South Dakota, focusing on SDDOT and local agency clients
• develop a regional growth strategy
• build client relationships and support proposals, interviews, and marketing
• provide day-to-day leadership in the Sioux Falls office, including staff development, hiring, and retention
• manage transportation projects involving roadway, traffic, and planning
• oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, technical guidance, and QA/QC
• coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and SDDOT.
