What you'll do

• Develop and execute business development strategy for the Occupational Health and Employer Services division
• prospect and secure employer accounts
• build a Maryland opportunity pipeline
• conduct discovery meetings
• present proposals, negotiate agreements, and close contracts
• refine service packages, pricing, sales materials, and go-to-market strategy
• manage CRM pipeline and performance indicators
• develop referral partnerships
• collaborate with clinical and operations teams
• analyze market and competitor activity
• represent the company at industry and community events
• help build sales infrastructure.
