Leasing Consultant — Riverview Apartments

What you'll do

• Greet prospective residents, respond to inquiries, follow up with leads, conduct tours, and show apartments
• process applications, credit screenings, and background checks
• prepare leases and move-in packages
• inspect the touring route and model units each morning
• monitor market and competitor activity
• provide feedback to marketing
• support resident retention initiatives with the property manager
• use Entrata to track availability, leasing activity, and prospect and resident data
• respond to resident concerns.
