General Manager — School Transportation Operations

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations
• lead and evaluate direct reports
• oversee payroll and accounts receivable and payable
• maintain customer relationships
• support school district contracts and routing solutions
• monitor labor hours, schedules, financial plans, profit and loss statements, and fixed assets
• support driver recruitment, new business, contract renewals, location startups, maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
