The IMP Manufacturing Associate role is onsite in Jacksonville, FL. Compensation is $21 per hour. The position supports Stellar Energy’s manufacturing of modular cooling infrastructure for data centers and industrial operations. The associate prepares and assembles insulated metal panels and related components into complete systems, using drawings, measurements, and job specifications. The role contributes to safe, quality-focused production of cooling infrastructure for customers’ facilities.

What you'll do

• Read job specifications and structural drawings
• measure and check alignment and squareness
• cut, prepare, fit, and tack insulated metal panels and flashing
• select and use hand tools, grinders, and power saws
• monitor quality and safety
• operate overhead cranes or forklifts using safe rigging practices
• document quality reporting
• prepare for audits.

Why this role

Full-time, non-exempt hourly position in a Jacksonville fabrication facility; first shift Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., or second shift Monday–Thursday, 3:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m.; occasional weekend work may be required. One year of related experience or training required; one year of IMP experience preferred.
