What you'll do

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct nursing services for residents on the assigned floor
• ensure compliance with applicable regulations and facility policies
• review staff complaints and report as required to the Director of Nursing
• maintain adequate medications, supplies, and equipment
• assist with resident nursing-needs assessments
• make nursing and aide assignments
• encourage staff participation in training.
