What you'll do

• Assess patient nutritional needs, develop dietary plans, provide nutrition education, instruct on post-discharge diets, monitor nutritional status, communicate with physicians, evaluate referral orders, document in medical records, implement care plans, conduct calorie counts, and review menus.
