The role exists to ensure the accuracy and competitiveness of project estimates during the pre-sales process. By analyzing client requirements and RFPs, the manager contributes to the company's mission of redefining live events through data-driven solutions and operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for event and exhibit production projects.
• Partner with Business Development to review RFPs and define project scope.
• Participate in discovery discussions to gather requirements and provide technical insights.
• Collaborate with operational partners to validate pricing assumptions and labor requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of estimates and methodologies to support proposal development.
