• Consult with client hiring managers, source and recruit candidates, interview and assess qualifications, and coordinate candidate-client interviews. Onboard, train, and support temporary employees
• maintain compliant documentation
• coordinate check-ins and safety activities
• answer general benefits questions
• track onboarding and pay accuracy
• and conduct exit interviews and orientations.
