What you'll do

• Participate in intensive in-classroom skill development.
• Engage in professional business and communication training.
• Complete an internship at a partner organization.
• Receive personalized coaching and mentorship.
• Build interviewing and networking skills.
• Develop resume-building capabilities.
• Attend classes in application development, banking, business operations, IT support, project management, and data analysis.
