What you'll do
- Provide personal care according to the CNA Care Plan and round on patients every two hours
- maintain a safe, clean environment
- assist with meals and feeding as needed
- report changes to the hospice nurse or Serenity House Manager
- take vital signs when ordered
- document care
- assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and range-of-motion exercises as instructed
- follow universal precautions
- participate in interdisciplinary meetings and training
- prepare rooms and complete shift handoffs.

Why this role
Three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; scheduling may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Current California CNA certification and CPR certification are required.
