What you'll do

• Lead the Model Operations & Enablement team across model training, CI/CD, inference, and monitoring
• simplify the AWS and Snowflake-based pipeline
• set platform direction for monitoring, drift detection, and LLMOps
• consult with data science partners on model intake and operationalization
• migrate legacy models
• manage change and risk analysis
• coach team members
• deliver training and report progress.
