What you'll do

• Develop and execute the organizational change management strategy and roadmap
• conduct change impact and stakeholder assessments
• create engagement, communication, training, readiness, and adoption plans
• coach leaders and change network members
• identify resistance and mitigation actions
• coordinate change resources
• support manufacturing, workforce, operating-model, and potential international change considerations
• travel regionally within Indiana as required, with potential future international travel.
