The New College Grad - Metals/Films Process Development Engineer is an onsite role based in Boise, ID. Compensation is not specified for this role. The engineer will resolve manufacturing line problems and lead yield improvement and cost reduction activities.

What you'll do

  • Identify and resolve assembly process problems
  • coordinate process/equipment/material evaluations
  • lead yield improvement and cost reduction activities
  • validate new process baselines
  • support SPC/FDC/RMS/APC systems.

What we're looking for

Education
Ph.D. in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar field.
Experience
Background in thin film deposition techniques (ALD, CVD, PVD).
