The Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) role is hybrid in Centralia, IL, with pay of $28–$30 per hour. PossAbility supports individuals with diverse disabilities and abilities through individualized services and support. The QIDP oversees individual service plans and coordinates services so people receive appropriate support and their rights are protected. The role also monitors progress, collaborates with professionals, and helps ensure programs meet applicable requirements.

What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individual Service Plans
• assist with developing and overseeing behavior support plans
• prepare written monthly program reviews with data and narrative updates
• collaborate with therapists, nurses, and social workers
• ensure regulatory compliance
• serve as primary case manager
• and may train staff or supervise staff members.
