What you'll do

• Manage an assigned territory and develop knowledge of target customers, market opportunities, and competitors
• identify, prospect, and secure new business
• maintain a qualified sales pipeline and accurate CRM data
• conduct customer and prospect meetings
• develop account plans and advance prospects through the sales cycle
• coordinate customer, branch, product, service, geographic, and knowledge-management resources
• support customized logistics solutions and new-account transitions
• assist with accounts receivable collection when necessary
• attend training and industry programs and participate in trade organizations as directed.
