What you'll do

• Own onboarding and execution for named strategic global partners
• develop partner program structures, agreements, rules of engagement, and operating cadence
• coordinate incentive, margin, and rebate structures
• develop both partner-resold and OEM-resold channels
• create enablement content and certification paths
• lead quarterly business reviews
• and track partner pipeline, revenue, margin, onboarding velocity, incentive return, and partner health.
