What you'll do

• Examine patients, diagnose dental and oral conditions, provide or direct treatment, and refer patients for specialty care when appropriate
• document patient care and complete required records
• educate patients about oral health and disease prevention
• participate in dental staff committees and quality improvement
• assist with staff training and dental department policies and planning
• coordinate dental services with other agency programs
• maintain patient confidentiality.
