Street Maintenance Lead

The role supports the City of Branson Public Works/Engineering Department in maintaining city streets and sidewalks. The lead guides street crews and performs hands-on maintenance to keep streets, sidewalks, and work zones safe and functional. The position combines crew training and daily operational oversight with repairs, equipment use, and winter-weather response.

What you'll do

• Equip and train crews
• set up and maintain temporary work zones according to MUTCD standards
• use computers, handheld devices, and geo-data tracking
• direct street repairs, sweeping, ditch maintenance, and winter-weather response
• perform concrete and asphalt repairs, tree trimming, mowing, and snow plowing
• operate snowplows and aerial lifts as needed.
