Production Associate — 2nd Shift

The Production Associate — 2nd Shift position is onsite in Lynchburg, VA, with compensation of $16–$19 per hour. The role is in BMS Direct’s Meter/Production department and reports to the Production Manager. The associate meters daily mail, assists the sorter, and supports bindery and other production tasks. The role contributes to accurate mail processing by checking mail-piece quality, preparing trays, maintaining supplies, and helping the sorter team complete closeout.

What you'll do

• Meter daily mail, first-class mail, hot mail, and work-order components
• assist the sorter and sweep mail while checking barcodes and applied locations
• tag, sleeve, and palletize trays
• restock materials and clean the work area during downtime
• assist the sorter team with closeout
• support other production needs as assigned.
