The Project Manager role is onsite in Hutto, TX; compensation is not specified. Blue Kangaroo Packoutz provides contents and textiles restoration services for property affected by fire, water, mold, and other disasters. The project manager leads field teams and coordinates contents remediation from initial packout through cleaning, storage, and packback. The role manages job-site communication, project logistics, inventory, and quality procedures to support clients and restoration partners.

What you'll do

• Manage teams handling inventory, packout, cleaning, vaulting, wrapping, staging, and packback
• communicate with insureds and adjusters
• coordinate subcontractors and staffing
• ensure procedures are followed at job sites and in the warehouse
• operate inventory and job-management software
• package and transport contents
• drive company vehicles and a 16-foot box truck
• operate a forklift
• maintain supplies, equipment, vehicles, and warehouse organization
• assist with customer reviews and employee training.

Why this role

Two or more years of restoration experience, preferably in contents restoration, is requested. Bilingual English and Spanish speakers and IICRC certifications are strongly preferred.
