What you'll do

• Lead revenue management and commercial strategy initiatives across multiple properties
• review KPIs and identify improvements
• collaborate with property general managers, sales directors, and marketing managers on campaigns
• monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand
• analyze booking patterns and forecasts to guide pricing, inventory, and distribution
• use revenue systems and tools to track performance
• maintain OTA, GDS, and distribution partner relationships
• coordinate group, corporate, and other key account contracts
• incorporate relevant industry and technology developments into area initiatives.
