What you'll do

• Lead and supervise Credit Analysts
• prepare and analyze financial spreads and loan presentations
• assist with Loan Committee materials
• perform collateral analysis on impaired loans
• prepare credit committee and board reports
• support troubled-credit workouts and portfolio monitoring
• conduct loan reviews and recommend grades
• monitor loan participations
• train and mentor analysts and new lenders.
