The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in Glenwood, MN, with wages of $22.50–$25.00 per hour plus shift differentials. Glenwood Village Care Center’s nursing team provides individualized, resident-centered care to seniors. The CNA assists residents with daily care and treatments according to their plans of care, monitors and reports changes, and supports residents and families. The role contributes to residents’ safety, comfort, and quality of life while coordinating with nursing and other facility departments.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, bathing, oral care, toileting, ambulation, and position changes
• assist with meals and monitor intake
• support bladder and bowel care
• take and record vital signs
• observe changes in residents’ condition or behavior and alert the charge nurse
• follow resident care plans
• provide support and encouragement
• maintain cleanliness and infection control
• uphold resident rights and safety practices.
